Finnish IT security company SSH Communications Security Corporation said on Tuesday (9 March) that its board of directors had signed the terms of merger between SSH and the Finnish company Applied Computing Research Oy (ACR), which currently owns 61.09% of the shares and votes of SSH.

Under the terms of merger ACR would merge into SSH, and the assets and liabilities of ACR would be transferred in the merger without liquidation ...
