Sunday Mercury (Birmingham, England) ; OMSK, Russia: Drinkers got ice-cold beer after 10 tonnes of lager was retrieved from beneath a frozen Siberian river. A beer truck was lost while crossing the frozen River Irtysh and the cargo lay under the ice for a week in temperatures of minus 27C.
