Mar. 5--The new owners of the Antlers Adam's Mark Hotel announced plans Thursday for a $7 million to $10 million renovation of the downtown Colorado Springs landmark this spring.
A joint venture including Pyramid Hotel Group and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, which acquired the hotel Dec. 30 for $27.2 million, plans to begin renovations in two or three months and complete the project by year's end.
The renovation will include all 292 guest rooms, 27,000 square feet ...
