Chef's hats and aprons became standard attire for Augsburg students and faculty last fall when the ELCA college began its Campus Kitchens program.
Among the first to make meals for the neighborhood's hungry were the college president, William Frame, and his wife, Anne. The program serves 100 to 300 people weekly, and about 50 volunteers are involved.
