NEW YORK and LONDON, Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Rhineland Funding Capital Corporation ("RFCC") and IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG ("IKB") as Investment Adviser announce that Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") has today given six months notification to all relevant parties of its intention to resign its appointment as Administrator to the Rhineland Funding Capital Corporation Conduit (the "Rhineland Conduit").
