MEXICO CITY, Feb 16, 2004 (El Economista/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- In 2003, China replaced Mexico as the second largest supplier of goods and services to the United States, reported the Department of Commerce (DOC) in its annual report.
