According to "Jordan Times", Queen Rania met Rababa Fayad Baksh, adviser to the Iranian Red Crescent Society and head of Women's Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Baksh thanked Queen Rania for visiting Bam and for the Jordanian aid to Iran following the Dec. 26 earthquake which devastated the ancient city and claimed the lives of at least 30,000 residents.
