ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Maybe it's just as well Colorado Avalanche defenseman Adam Foote isn't playing Sunday in the NHL All-
Star Game.
His presence could have been awkward because the Western Conference team will be coached by Detroit's Dave Lewis, who expects the league to review the high-sticking penalty Foote received for hitting Red Wings captain Steve Yzerman in the mouth Thursday at the Pepsi Center.
