To the beef industry, it's not about "a cheeseburger and fries" but cheeseburger fries.

A new beef-based snack food is being rolled out nationwide in what beef industry executives hope is the first of many new uses for beef.

Cheeseburger fries are made of a meat and cheese mixture coated with breading and cut into thick strips. Meant to be served as appetizers, like fried mozzarella sticks, the product marks a big step for an industry no longer satisfied with being about just steaks and burgers.
