SouthFloridaCEO: As you assess the economic situation of Miami-Dade, what has changed the most since this time last year?

Frank Nero: I'm starting to see a pickup in the level of interest, projects and inquiries by companies for corporate locations and expansions in Miami-Dade County. And, the time table for decisions at these companies is starting to pick up. I'm more confident than I have been in a while.
