INTERFAX-CHINA - In light of booming demand for iron and steel products, and the subsequent surging requirement for further raw materials, Shanghai-listed Xining Special Steel Co. Ltd. has announced its plan to invest in three joint ventures, covering steel and upstream products used in steel production, such as coal and coke.
