In a major leasing transaction that will solidify its commitment to the Flatiron District, the New School University has signed a long-term lease for two full floors comprising 40,000 square feet at 79 Fifth Avenue, at the southeast corner of 16th Street, for its administrative offices.
The New School plans to occupy the tenth and eleventh floors of the 18-story, 300,000-square-foot building in early 2004.
