Kansas State co-defensive coordinator Bob Elliott said Friday he is not interested in the opening on the University of Wisconsin football staff.

Elliott strongly denied a story in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, citing unnamed sources, that he was UW coach Barry Alvarez's top choice to become the Badgers' new defensive coordinator.
