COLIN JACKSON reckons big Allan Scott has got the big-match mentality after watching the 21-year-old run the 60m hurdles World Indoor qualifying time at the Kelvin Hall.

And the former world champion said the Stirling University student must now use his personal-best performance in front of his home crowd to push on to greater achievements in the sport.

Scott ran as aguest in the Norwich Union International after AAAs champion and rival Rob Newton of England was selected for the GB team.
