Jan. 13--TOKYO, Japan -- Recently nationalized Ashikaga Bank may seek to find an acquiring bank to take over operations before April 2005, when the government plans to scrap its full-refund guarantee for ordinary deposits at a failed bank, Ashikaga Bank's new president indicated Tuesday.
