Q. Can you tell me what fungus is growing in my flower beds? I'm attaching a photo I took. The yellow fungus looks like spray-in foam insulation. It starts out as little yellow pen-sized spots on top of the mulch, but within a day, it looks like the picture. The next day it will turn black and hard. Can you identify the fungus, and tell me what I can to do treat it? - Rick Cameron.
