BEAUTY MIGHT BE only skin deep, but New York-based Added Extras Inc. is counting on every girl's desire to look stylish to sell its new line learning candy with cosmetics. The cosmetics company has launched a new division, appropriately called Candy Cosmetics, which combines branded candy and makeup in the same package.
