Crescent Distributing Co., a privately-held beer distributorship located in Harahan, LA, will be sold to Miller Brewing Co., an official with the wholesaler announced.

Although terms not disclosed, distributorship president Stanley Scott said he has agreed to sell the business for health reasons. Scott is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments for cancer.
