Allis Mineral Systems

Boliden Allis has changed its name to Allis Mineral Systems. The name Allis Mineral Systems was selected to preserve the company's heritage and history which dates back over one hundred years under the name Allis-Chalmers.

In another move, the different operations in the United States owned by Allis Mineral Systems' parent company in Sweden, Svedala Industries, have been incorporated in the United States under the name Svedala Industries, Inc.
