Naomi Campbell had a breakthrough last summer. In the warm waters of the Mediterranean, two friends--okay, the too-fabulous Italian designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce--joined Naomi on her latest mission. The pair helped her into the water. They watched patiently. Naomi took a breath, blew it out through her nose and flapped her arms.
