Napa Valley winery owner and vineyard manager Michael Seitz was found dead in his pickup truck Sept. 23. Initially a suspected homicide, the death was ruled an accident after investigators learned that Seitz and an employee had been moving two-ton grape bins with a forklift the night before, when Seitz was struck in the head with the fork, due either to equipment malfunction or an error by Jesus Caudillo Garcia, the driver.
