SCHAUMBURG, Ill. -- International Technologies Inc. has signed an agreement with Peachtree City, Ga.-based MetalForming Inc. to become the exclusive North American distributor of the German Fasti line of sheet-metal machinery. The transaction is effective immediately. Terms were not disclosed.
