Drucker, Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Beijing Beike-Masic Automation Engineering Company ("BK"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has posted its work orders for the fourth quarter of 2003 and year 2004. Pursuant to an Acquisition Agreement the Company entered into with BK shareholders, the Company has acquired 100% shares of BK.
