BALTIMORE, Dec. 2 (AScribe Newswire) -- Overturning 60 years of scientific presumption, new evidence from Johns Hopkins University scientists shows that enzymes nibble away at chromosomes when the chromosomes' protective tips, called telomeres, get too short.
