The new Fiesta Premiere Resort and Spa in the northern Pacific province of Guanacaste became the sixth hotel in the controversial Papagayo development project, reports The Tico Times (Nov. 10, 2003):
The Enjoy Group purchased the former Blue Bay Hotel this year and completed remodeled the buildings and grounds.
