Jumping out of its traditional two-state territory for the first time, Eugene's Bi-Mart Corp. is expanding into the wide open plains of Montana.
The discount retailer plans to open a store next week in the north-central Montana town of Havre, an agricultural community near the U.S.-Canada border.
