For chef Mark Mavrantonis, his reverence for oysters hit new heights this fall when he broke a world record for shucking oysters.
Known as "Oyster Boy" around McCormick & Schmick's in Chicago, Mavrantonis estimates he's shucked 925,000 oysters in his chef days, including the 30 or so he eats each day...
