Nov. 8--KEY WEST, Fla.--Hope grows in the six glowing tanks that make up Key West's new Conch Baby Farm. Tucked behind a seafood restaurant, conchs grown here aren't bound for tables but for Florida's waters, one of the few places in the world were conch stocks, while depleted, aren't gravely threatened.
