Tyrol Basin is accepting used ski and snowboard equipment for a ski patrol sale during the ski resort's annual open house.
The open house and sale will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Tyrol, 3487 Bohn Road, Mount Horeb. Equipment and clothing -- new or used, for adults or youth -- can be brought to Tyrol tonight between 6 and 9 or Saturday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The sale is a benefit for the ski patrol, which gets 15 percent; the rest goes to the seller.
