When Tom Davies digs post holes, he turns up more than just dirt. He turns up history.
Davies is the manager at Wisconsin's premier archaeological site -- Aztalan State Park, just east of Lake Mills. He will be working Sunday, helping host a celebration to mark the 75th anniversary of the park.
Since Oct. 20, 1928, the ruins of what is, in reality, an ancient Wisconsin farming village, have been open to the public. The history of the unique park will be celebrated Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. with special tours ...
