HIGH POINT, N.C.-A field of 57 finalists in 15 design categories have been chosen for the 2003-2004 Pinnacle Design Achievement Award from the American Society of Furniture Designers, to be presented Oct. 17 at the home furnishings market here.

The Pinnacles event begins with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and the awards presentations at 7 p.m.
