Encore, Minneapolis, a majority-owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation (NASDAQ:NAVR), has signed an exclusive North American agreement with UK-based Ascaron Entertainment UK Ltd. to publish "Patrician III" and "Pirate Hunter." These two strategy/sim games offer a unique combination of trading and fighting, one in the cities of Northern Europe, the other on the high seas of the Caribbean. Under this agreement, Encore is managing sales, distribution and marketing for these PC games, while Ascaron is delivering the content. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
