PORTSMOUTH -- Rose Dew was in a meeting Thursday when the officer called for backup.
``Can you come over here and help me catch this pig?'' Dew heard the animal-control officer say over the radio.
And just like that, for the second time this year, a porker was on the loose in Portsmouth.
On May 28, animal-control officers picked up a smaller, male pig on Seminole Drive.
