The Estonian referendum question consists of two questions, which must be answered together: "Are you in favour of accession to the European Union and passage of the Act on Amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia?" The voters can either approve or reject both questions. The wording of the referendum question and the date of the referendum were accepted in a rarely seen majority of 88 "yeas" out of a possible 90 in the Estonian Parliament in December 2002. And the lastest polls show strong support for a popular Yes vote, too.
