Shanghai. September 10. INTERFAX-CHINA-The Xineng Coal Prospecting Development Co., Ltd. was founded September 8 in the city of Guiyang, of southwestern China's Guizhou Province. Local Guizhou press claimed that the new company would provide a solution to the long-existing coal prospecting problems in the province.
