NANT CONWY full-back Adam Russell contributed 13 of his side's points with a try,conversion and two penalties as they beat Wrexham 23-6, their second win in a week.

The result ensured the reigning champions stayed top of Division Four (North) of the Lloyds TSB National League. Centre Gareth Williams and wing Steffan Morgan added further tries, while Wrexham kept in touch through outside-half Ceri Powell, who kicked two goals for the visitors.
