PUTIN INFORMED ABOUT TERRORIST ATTACK IN STAVROPOL TERRITORY
MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has called Stavropol Territory Governor Alexander Chernogorov to hear the details of Monday's terrorist attack.
Chernogorov told Interfax that Putin has issued instructions to Emergency Situations Minister Sergei Shoigu, Railways Minister Gennady Fadeyev, and the Federal Security Service's acting director Sergei Smirnov.
