7 Steps to De-fat Meat

You've hear all the warnings about eating too much meat--it's high in fat, high in cholesterol and may increase the risk of colon cancer--but you're finding it hard to give up. Now, researcher Donald Small, M.D. from the Boston University School of Medicine has developed a technique that significantly lowers the fat and cholesterol content of ground beef, lamb, port or veal, making it easier to include them in a healthful diet.
