ISLANDERS are in a celebratory mood as the final preparations are underway for an action-packedAnglesey County Agricultural Show on August 12 and 13.

Now in its 116th year, the countdown to show time has begun in earnest.

Held at the show ground near Gwlachmai,competitions, activities and demonstrations start with the show opening at 8.30am on Tuesday,August 12,and continue with a jam-packed schedule all the way through to hot air ballooning at 5.30pmon Wednesday,August 13.
