Aug. 5--GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas--The Palace of Wax has been around the Metroplex in some form for 40 years.

Yet the Grand Prairie museum, which also includes Ripley's Believe It or Not!, sits on a street named for an attraction that went out of business more than a decade ago.

"Lone Star Park has Lone Star Parkway. Six Flags has Road to Six Flags and Six Flags Drive. We're on Safari Parkway," said Stuart McCallum, president of Classic Attractions, which owns the Palace.
