If you're looking for a little variety in your grilling - and who isn't, by this point in the season? - you can do no better than to explore the world of sausages. It's a wide world, populated by international specimens as diverse as kielbasa, bratwurst, loukanika, Italian (both sweet and hot), Chinese sausage and more.
