Automated tellers let your fingers do the banking
It's easy to forget what life was like before automated teller machines gave consumers 24-hour access to checking and savings accounts.
For example, more than 48 percent of all transactions handled by San Diego Trust & Savings Bank are performed on ATM machines, said spokeswoman Julie Walke.
