I read with interest the comments of Colin Moore, Chief Executive of Redcar & Cleveland Council, on low pay.

In April of last year I made Mr Moore aware of the St Helen's Tribunal Judgment. It was a judgment based on comparative pay that gave catering workers the same pay as those working in refuse collection.
