Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir would be prepared to negotiate with representatives of the Palestine Liberation Organization. But the talks would have to be held in the framework of the Camp David Accords, he told U.S. News Special Correspondent David Makovsky in an interview in Jerusalem last week.
