Jul. 9--Trucks arrived with flowers, catering companies began preparing food and workers pitched a huge tent in anticipation of the receptions to be held at the Norfolk Naval Station this weekend as part of the hoopla surrounding the commissioning of the Navy's newest aircraft carrier.
