NEW YORK -- Harlan Bratcher has resigned as president of distribution for SUSA (Shamask USA) Design Studio, Inc.

Bratcher said Monday he plans to work as an independent retail and wholesale consultant and will continue his relationship with Ronaldus Shamask in that capacity.
