More than 1,200 members of the design, construction and real estate community came together to honor Empire State Development Chairman Charles A. Gargano and Brookfield Financial Chairman John E. Zuccotti during the New York Building Congress 82nd Anniversary Leadership Awards Luncheon, held at the Hilton New York in May.
