Tender offer for Diceon of Irvine meets with much resistance from management
San Diego-based Calvary Holdings has a tough proxy fight ahead in its attempt to gain control of Diceon Electronics in Irvine.
A major institutional shareholder, Trust Company of the West, intends to vote its 8 percent interest in the company with Diceon management, said Trust Co.'s senior vice president, Nicholas Galluccio.
