A MAJOR new competition for Aberdeen-Angus breeders was launched this week.

The Tulivin Aberdeen-Angus Championships will be staged at Clogher Valley Show on Wednesday, July 30.

The exhibitor of the overall Aberdeen-Angus champion at the Co Tyrone event will walk off with a cheque for pounds 500. The reserve champion will win pounds 300 with pounds 200 going to the second reserve champion.
