A celebrity chef, a smart operator, a stunning setting, a giant reputation and an adventurous menu. It's a recipe for success, but for Aquavit it wasn't quite enough. The ambitious downtown Minneapolis restaurant closed Monday evening after a 4 1/2-year run.
